Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for the right people to join our all-star team who will immediately fit in with some of the best midstream pipeliner professionals in our industry. We’re looking for:

You follow protocols diligently, stay alert to potential hazards, and proactively address unsafe conditions. Whether it’s performing a lockout/tagout, completing safety checklists, or participating in drills, you lead by example and help contribute to a culture where safety is second nature.
  • A team player: You bring more than just your technical skills to the table; you bring a collaborative spirit. You actively contribute to the success of the group, offering support, sharing knowledge, and stepping up when needed.
  • A problem solver: You’re hands-on, approach challenges with logical thinking, and break down complex issues to find practical solutions. You balance attention to detail with big-picture awareness, adapt quickly, and constantly seek more efficient ways to work.

What you’ll do:

Here is a sample for some of what your workdays may look like:

 

  • Be capable of working all Unifor 4960 shifts.
  • General pipeline duties and maintenance with a focus on pigging operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

What you bring:

Required

  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid BC driver’s license.
  • Strong focus on safety.
  • Previous experience in pipeline operations or maintenance (ie pigging operations).

 

Preferred

  • Trades ticket (Millwright, Machinist, Heavy Duty Mechanic).

Salary Range:

$43.59 - $46.45 plus allowances and premiums. Total compensation is administered under the collective agreement.

 

Comments:

This is a 6 month temporary role.

 

As this position is within Unifor Local 4960, please note that members will be given first consideration.
