What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, incidents, safety reports, and compliance documentation with a focus on insights and learning.
- Analyze safety data and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety, environmental, and security procedures aligned with operations and projects.
- Collaborate with operations, projects, and leadership to advance HSSE programs and culture.
- Coordinate reviews of safety manuals, emergency exercises, and outage/turnaround planning.
- Support emergency response planning, exercises, and training.
- Monitor, track, and report on Security Management Program compliance.
- Track and report HSSE conditions, commitments, and regulatory compliance.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual HSSE business planning and reporting.
- Support operational and business readiness for new projects.
- Support health and safety communications and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage quality assurance of incident events and investigations.
- Strengthen JOSH Committee effectiveness and participation.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance.
- Build cross-functional relationships to align safety goals with business priorities.
- Support leadership in fostering a learning-focused, resilient safety culture.

What you bring:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in health & safety, environment, operations or related field.
- 5+ years of EHS experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in British Columbia and Alberta.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- Experience in operations and/or projects in oil and gas
